the location was acceptable, near the tram stations.
The gym was a joke. It was just a tiny, unsafe room. i hated working out there, and there was no air conditioning. the sauna wasn't turned on half the time, so it was cold when i wanted to use it

airport transportation good suggestion breakfast spread
the staff gave suggestions about where to shop. they helped with transportation to airport. i liked it was easy to walk to bazaar. a good breakfast spread existed.
the gym is very small. the gym also felt unsafe. i worked out once and i hated it.

The hotel enjoys proximity to key attractions. I found the breakfast offerings rich and diverse. The staff showed readiness to assist with requests promptly. I particularly appreciated the availability of chai, coffee, and sweets during the afternoon.
The absence of on-site parking posed a challenge . I had to use an external parking which added unexpected costs.

helpful staff convenient transfers comfortable beds
I found the staff very helpful. abdul salam, especially, was friendly and were really good. i really appreciated the convenient airport transfers and the breakfast that offered numerous choices. my room was a good size with a great bathroom and comfortable beds. It was a cozy sanctuary after a long day.

the staff cleaned the room every day and water were provided.
i found the gym very small and unsafe, i used it once and it wasnt nice. the sauna wasn't always on when i wanted it. they told me to return in ten minutes, but it takes hours to heat a sauna.

pathetic gym poor quality
The staff exhibited helpfulness and a pleasant attitude which I must acknowledge.
The gym seemed more like a storage closet than a fitness area. I was promised a sauna experience, only to find it was more of a tepid room with no real heat. The breakfast had options, but the quality was very poor.
